Pete brings over 25 years of experience to Syntelli Solutions Inc. for building, maturing, and managing technology, information security, and risk management programs in Fortune 250 companies. Pete’s background lies primarily in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors at companies including Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, TIAA, and Bank of America where he held senior-level leadership positions.
Over the past six years as Chief Information Officer at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, Pete significantly contributed to business strategy, growth, and business process improvement initiatives. He is most proud of his accomplishments in infrastructure modernization, information integrity and protection improvements, data science, advanced analytics, and software as a service.
Over his career, Pete also invested some of his time working as an advisor, providing risk management advice, guidance, and counseling to senior executives in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50’s. The most recent accomplishment is a start-up partnership, Shao Inc., which plans to better connect individuals to their communities and their health.
Residing in Charlotte, NC, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the North Carolina mountains. His hobbies include golf, DIY projects around the house, and playing the guitar and drums.
