Riddhi Gupta CSM, SAFe SA, SAFe SPC, ICP-ACC
Riddhi Gupta is a seasoned leader with expertise in formulating and executing IT and business strategies. She is passionate about empowering people through collaborative partnerships and making value-add fun. Riddhi is a University of North Carolina (UNC) Charlotte alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
Riddhi brings extensive experience across the entire Solution Delivery Lifecycle. This experience includes responsibilities for requirements through design and delivery, extending into project, program, and portfolio management. Her focus includes creating custom Agility training curriculums for technology, business, and leadership, setting up domestic and international coaching practices, and establishing enterprise-wide COEs while leading people and teams through Lean-Agile transformation.
She is the founder and chair for Women in Agile, Charlotte Metro group, which focuses on bringing women and allies together to learn and share all things Agility. Riddhi is a big champion for Women in STEM and STEAM. She has been the Global Women in Technology lead at her firm and is a mentor at a local nonprofit. In these roles, she strives to set the PACE: Promote women’s aspirations, Align through increased awareness, teach Collaboration and Educate women.
